Dr. Henry’s Education and Experience

A native of Tyler County, West Virginia, Dr. Henry attended medical school at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. After completing his schooling, he then went on to complete his orthopaedic surgical residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Henry is board-certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

An orthopaedic surgeon with decades of experience in both orthopaedics and sports medicine, Dr. Henry has replaced thousands of knees and shoulders through both outpatient and inpatient procedures.

From check in to discharge everyone was amazing! The nurses were very attentive and were very caring. My nurses Stacie and Tracy were awesome! My anesthesiologist was awesome also took time to explain things to me and never did anything without telling me first. Very pleased with my visit and the staff. Dr Henry explained everything to me and put me at ease
